• Orders & delivery: shipping address and phone number.
• Payments: you pay by UPI from your own app. We see what your bank shows us (amount, UPI reference, payer name) and the screenshot you send — never your UPI PIN, card or bank login.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, email or phone about your order.
• Usage: basic technical data needed to run the site (e.g. login session).

2. How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, provide support, send order-related communication, and meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

• Courier / delivery partners — your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.
• WhatsApp — when you choose to message us there.
• Infrastructure providers that host the store and database.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use them for advertising.

Your data is stored securely and we apply reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect it.
