Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship from Mumbai to addresses across India.

1. When we dispatch

Your order is packed once your UPI payment is confirmed. We usually dispatch within 1–3 working days of confirmation.

2. How we deliver

We book a courier or delivery partner for each order based on your location. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on distance and the partner’s coverage.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are not included in your order total. They depend on the distance to your address and are paid by you directly to the courier or delivery partner at the time of delivery. If you’d like an estimate before ordering, message us on WhatsApp.

4. Tracking

When your order ships, we add the courier’s name and, where available, a tracking number or link to your order page under My orders.

5. Address & availability

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone can receive the parcel. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no one being available, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Delays

Couriers can be delayed by weather, holidays or other events outside our control. We’ll help you follow up with the delivery partner.
