Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from Manifesting (“Manifesting”, “we”, “us”), a clothing brand based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract under Indian law.

2. Products & pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Delivery charges are not included in the order total — they depend on distance and are paid to the courier on delivery. Items are made in small runs and subject to availability; we may correct errors or update prices at any time.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed once we have verified your payment. We may decline or cancel an order (refunding anything you paid) if an item is unavailable or an error is found, and we may cancel orders that remain unpaid.

4. Payments

Payment is made by UPI to the UPI ID shown on your order page, for the exact order amount. After paying, send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number. Orders are dispatched only after we confirm the payment has been received. We never ask for your UPI PIN, card or bank details.

5. Shipping, cancellations & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, designs, and marks on this site are owned by Manifesting and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
